Splash Internet options when you have exceeded your data plan
Option 1:
You have the choice to upgrade to a higher plan which will restore your connection speeds. (The billing period ends on the last calender day of each month). A list of our plans and prices are listed below and can also be found on our website at www.splashinternet.com.au

** Please be aware of recent changes to our policy which have taken effect as of the 1st January 2017 in regards to upgrades and downgrades. You can make 3 non-permanent changes to your plan per calendar year as part of our service (this means upgrades or downgrades just for the current billing period only). Any non-permanent changes beyond that will incur an additional $20.00 administration fee per change**
To upgrade your plan simply email support@splashinternet.com.au or submit a support ticket with details of the plan you would like to upgrade to and if you are wanting to change to it permanently or just for the remainder of the current billing period. You can also call us on 02 6100 4600 and we can upgrade your account over the phone.
Option 2:
Should you not choose to upgrade your plan the speeds on your connection will remain shaped/slowed until the new billing period commences on the 1st day of each month. There are no additional charges for choosing this option.
