Our range of Business plans caters for businesses requiring customised setup and priority support. 

We recommend our business service to anyone who relies heavily on the internet connection to run their business. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BUSINESS INTERNET PLAN:

Priority Support: 24/7 (2 Hour Service Level Agreement, 30 minutes during business hours)

IP: Static /32

Routing: Priority

Security: Encryption, DDOS protection / mitigation

Equipment: All equipment installed by Splash Internet remains the property of Splash Internet. This includes a wireless router that is set up and configured.

Contract: None - Services are billed one month in advance, and a 14-day cancellation policy applies

Business Connections also include the following:

  • Assessment and setup of connection customised to meet your network requirements will differ for each business depending on what they require.

  • PPPOE hand-off configuration of our router if needed.

  • We assist with routing for things such as emails if needed - Remember that each setup is different, and what will be required at each connection will vary. We may need to contact your Technical support representative to work with any custom setups you have onsite for the Local Area Network.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A HOME INTERNET PLAN?

With home internet services, we are responsible for your service up to the router. Any of your devices and Local Area Network setup are the customer's responsibility. Outages are always taken seriously and will be attended to as soon as possible, but home plans don't come with priority support as business-grade services will always take priority.

Depending on your business's needs, there is a one-off installation/setup fee between $250.00 - $350.00. (We can provide a fixed quote of setup costs once this is determined). 

Our equipment is rent-free while you have a valid subscription with us.

All equipment installed remains the property of Splash Internet (router and antenna) unless this is something you have purchased from us, such as a VOIP Phone.

The Business Installation usually takes about 1.5 - 2.5 hours to complete but does vary based on the complexity and requirements.

Splash Internet will install, configure and test the equipment to ensure the service is working and ready to use before leaving.
